Contact T20 Exchange Support

All T20 Exchange contact runs through one WhatsApp desk — new IDs, login problems, deposits, withdrawals and questions about this site. There is no email queue and no phone menu. Message the desk with your user ID and the details, and most things are settled in one reply.

One desk for the whole T20 Exchange cluster — IDs, payments and site queries

Open Support Chat

The number above is for reference. Tapping the button opens the T20 Exchange desk directly, which is the quicker route and avoids the risk of saving a mistyped digit.

What to contact us about

A new T20 Exchange ID

Opened in minutes. No form, no documents, no joining fee — just a username, a password and your first deposit whenever you are ready.

Login trouble

Password rejected, account locked, or a link that will not open. Resets take under five minutes when the desk is open.

The current address

If your saved link has died, ask. A working address is usually already sitting in the chat as a forwarded message.

Deposits and withdrawals

Send the payment screenshot with a reference number. Withdrawals return to the account you deposited from.

A settlement query

Screenshot the statement row and say what you expected. Evidence turns a long conversation into a short one.

Something on this site

Out of date, unclear, or plainly wrong? Tell the desk and it reaches whoever writes these pages.

Roughly a third of what arrives is a question the reader could answer faster themselves — frozen prices, a balance that looks short because of exposure, a browser stuck in private mode. Ask anyway if you want to. Just know the support guide will usually beat the reply time on those.

Getting a fast reply

Response speed depends almost entirely on the first message, because a desk can only act on what it has been given. Four items and you are done.

  • Your T20 Exchange user ID. Nothing can be looked up without it. A phone number is not enough, since desks handle many accounts.
  • What happened, in one line. "Deposit of ₹2,000 not credited" beats "problem in account" by a wide margin.
  • When, exactly. A time and a UPI reference turn a search through a payment list into a single lookup.
  • A screenshot. Of the payment, the statement row, or the error message. One image usually removes every follow-up question.

Send it as one message rather than six fragments. Fragments get buried under each other, and a chat that is hard to read gets answered after the ones that are not. Unfair perhaps. Also true everywhere.

Do not send these

Your password, an OTP, a UPI PIN, or any banking credential. No genuine T20 Exchange agent needs any of them — a password can be reset without ever being seen, and a deposit only ever requires you to push money out. Anyone asking is not the desk.

When we are quickest

Afternoon, no matchFastest window of the day. Best time for anything not urgent — withdrawal limits, second IDs, general questions.
Before the tossBusy but manageable. Deposit now rather than during the powerplay and you will be credited in minutes.
During a big matchPeak load. Deposits credit in ten to thirty minutes instead of two to five. Normal, not a fault.
Late nightThe desk may be closed. Messages are answered in the morning, and sending six of them overnight does not change that.
IPL and World CupEverything stretches for the tournament. Plan deposits and withdrawals earlier in the day than you normally would.

If something is genuinely urgent during a match — a deposit that has not landed with the toss ten minutes away — say so in the message. Desks do triage, and "urgent, match starting" with a reference number attached gets looked at before a general question.

Follow up once, after a sensible gap, and repeat the original details rather then sending a question mark. The agent may be scrolling past dozens of chats, and your context is gone by then.

Other channels

Two, and both are worth following before you need them rather then during an outage.

Telegram — where a new address gets published when the current one is blocked. Following it in advance means the working link simply appears in your feed rather than having to be asked for.

Instagram — the same updates in a different place, for people who do not use Telegram.

What does not exist: a support email address, an in-panel chat widget, and a call centre. If you find any of those claiming to be T20 Exchange, treat it as a red flag rather than a convenience. The whole model runs on one desk that can actually see your account, and adding a channel that cannot would create more problems than it solved.

Same rule for messages arriving at you. Anyone contacting you first, from a number you have not saved, about a problem you have not reported, is not support. Genuine help happens in the conversation where your ID was created.

Contacting the T20 Exchange desk

Contact for T20 Exchange runs through a single WhatsApp desk covering new IDs, login issues, deposits, withdrawals and site queries. The support number is +91 81097 11726, and the button on this page opens the same desk directly. There is deliberately no email queue, no in-panel chat widget and no helpline number, because only the desk holding your account can see a balance or move money.

Getting answered first time

Include your user ID, a one-line description, the exact time with a reference number, and a screenshot. Sent as one message that combination is usually enough for a single-reply resolution. Sent as six fragments across four minutes it goes to the back of a queue repeatedly, which during a match means a long evening.

Timing and safety

Afternoons with no cricket are the fastest window; deposits during a major match credit in ten to thirty minutes rather than two to five; late at night the desk may simply be closed. No genuine agent will ever ask for your password, an OTP, a UPI PIN or remote access to your phone, and anyone contacting you first from an unsaved number is not the T20 Exchange desk.
